Phebus, Malbec Rosé 2023

Phebus was founded in the late 90s by Herve Joyaux Fabre, a Bordeaux-native who emigrated to Argentina and saw the potential of wine production in Mendoza. After discovering an old Malbec vineyard, planted in 1908, he quickly put his French winemaking pedigree to work and has taken Phebus to what it is today. Malbec Rosé 2023 is a superbly refreshing, vibrant rosé perfect for warmer days. It's packed with bright notes of grapefruit, raspberry and lime which combine perfectly with the zippy acidity on the palate. Perfect as an aperítif or salads.
